Safeguarding and emergencies
The content on this site is not intended for use in crisis or emergency situations. Where we make live or pre-recorded webinars available via our site or third-party platforms, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to or delivery of those webinars. We shall not be liable for any technical difficulties, connectivity issues or interruptions affecting your ability to access a webinar, whether caused by your own equipment or internet connection or otherwise. We may record live webinars and by attending a live webinar you consent to being recorded if you use any interactive features (such as audio, video or chat). Recordings and replays are made available at our discretion and we do not guarantee continued access to any pre-recorded content for any particular period. The content of webinars is for general informational and educational purposes only and the disclaimers set out in the section headed "Do not rely on information on this site" apply equally to webinar content.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
